houseedits — Copyright Policy
Effective: September 10, 2026 · Version 1.0
We respect copyright. Users must have the rights needed to upload their photographs and request processing, as explained in the Terms of Service.
Report a copyright concern
Send a report to hello@houseedits.com, addressed to Lister Pros LLC, 3035 South Ellsworth Road, Unit 111, Mesa, Arizona 85212, United States. Include:
- Your name and contact information.
- Identification of the copyrighted work and your relationship to the rights holder.
- The material you believe is infringing and information that helps us locate it, such as a URL or relevant account/file reference.
- An explanation of the concern and supporting details.
- Your physical or electronic signature, a good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized, and a statement under penalty of perjury that your report is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
Do not include passwords, payment credentials or information unrelated to the report. We may request additional information and may share relevant portions with the affected user so they can respond.
Our response
We review reports and may restrict access to disputed material or contact the uploader while we investigate. We may terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. A report does not by itself establish who owns a photograph or determine the outcome of a dispute.
If your content is affected
Contact hello@houseedits.com with the relevant reference and your explanation, including any permissions or ownership information. Applicable law may provide formal notice or counter-notice procedures and court remedies. We will explain any applicable process when responding; this page does not restrict those rights.
Photographer and client disputes
Your client agreement may determine whether you or a brokerage owns or licenses the photographs. We do not adjudicate that agreement. Please provide relevant rights documentation when raising or responding to a complaint. Knowingly false allegations or responses can have legal consequences.
