What do I upload?
Your bracketed exposures as camera JPEGs (or HEIF), 3 to 5 per photo. Drop the whole shoot folder: we group the exposures into photos and show you the groups before you send. We edit bracketed HDR, not flambient; drone single shots work too, and three-exposure Sony brackets give the best results today. We don’t edit RAW: export JPEGs from your camera or Lightroom (a RAW+JPEG card works as it is).
How long does it take?
Most orders are ready in under 10 minutes. The median over the last 7 days was 6 minutes, measured on real shoots and updated as we go. The shoot page shows each step as it happens, and we email you when your photos are ready.
What do I get back?
Finished JPEGs, 3000 px on the long edge, ready to upload to a listing (3000 × 2000 from a 3:2 camera). The edit merges your exposures, recovers the windows, replaces exterior skies and straightens verticals. Need full-size files for print? Contact us.
